Job summary

Organic Valley is seeking a CALF Team Lead for the 1pm–9pm shift to manage ghee, deli cheese, and cheese shreds production lines onsite at the Cashton facility. You will lead staff, ensure safety, sanitation, and documentation, and assist the supervisor with projects.

The role is safety-sensitive and requires adherence to GMP and quality standards. The position offers a base hourly wage with shift premiums and eligibility for a discretionary incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and GMPs in a fast-paced facility.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort with ERP systems and production logs.
• Ability to mentor and train new staff.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CALF Production Team on 1pm-9pm shifts, ensuring quality and safety.
• Oversee sanitation, equipment setup, and line changes per SOPs.
• Maintain documentation and assist with audits and training.
• Support the CALF Production Supervisor with projects and daily tasks.
