Job summary

Organic Valley is seeking an Associate CALF Team Member for the Cashton facility. The role supports conversion of Ghee, Deli Cheese, and Cheese shreds, with duties including sanitation and equipment setup on rotating shifts.

This is a safety-sensitive, hourly position with team-driven responsibilities. You will follow SOPs, maintain quality, document information, and work on production lines while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs and GMP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience handling sanitation chemicals safely.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–120 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure proper product conversion.
• Operate equipment with attention to detail.
• Follow GMP and food safety regulations.
• Set up equipment on production lines.
• Maintain quality standards for customers.
• Pack products, palletize, and document information.
• Work safely and follow safety requirements.
• Sanitize equipment and production areas as needed.
