Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Chilton, WI is hiring a Team Lead for our new state-of-the-art cheese manufacturing facility. You will lead and support Production Associates on weekend day shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across production, processing, and distribution.

This role involves training and mentoring teammates, coordinating daily activities, and partnering with operations and engineering to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Cheesemaker's license required.
• Minimum three years experience in dairy manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and mentor team.
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills.
• Experience with conflict management, delegation, multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Production Associates to ensure safe, efficient operations across production, processing, and distribution.
• Coordinate daily activities and provide real-time direction and coaching.
• Train and mentor team members; contribute to process improvements.
• Partner with operations and engineering to enhance efficiency and performance.
