Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Cheesemaker license required.
• 3+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor others.
• Ability to train, delegate, multi-task and make decisions.
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Associates and oversee daily operations on weekend night shift.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment and participate in sanitation and quality testing.
• Mentor team members and implement process improvements.
