Formación

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing.
• 2 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food processing or packaging preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and support the People development plan for the team.
• Enforce SOP compliance across all personnel.
• Maintain a safe working environment with updated instructions.
• Ensure processes run per SOPs, SSOPs and documentation.
• Meet GMPs, sanitation audits and product quality checks.
• Coach employees and review targets to drive continuous improvement.
