Job summary

Nestlé USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift in our food manufacturing operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating with Quality, Maintenance and Engineering, managing staffing and attendance, and delivering production results within budget and compliance standards. Experience in lean manufacturing and TPM is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food manufacturing with production floor experience.
• Experience in food processing, packaging, Quality, and GMPs.
• 1+ year in Continuous Improvement (Lean or TPM preferred).
• Strong emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and risk awareness.
• Clear communication and coaching across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to safely deliver production plan with quality and compliance.
• Develop an engaged team through staffing, onboarding and coaching.
• Model Nestlé’s values across functions with speed and accountability.
• Ensure safety, environmental, GMP, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, drive root-cause actions and improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR for performance.
• Maintain staffing, training, attendance, and record-keeping.
• Deliver production on time within cost and quality targets.
• Support area budget, capital planning, and productivity improvements.
