Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of about 30 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and asset performance while meeting the nightly production plan. You will train staff on equipment, safety and quality standards, and uphold GMP compliance through audits and checks.

You will coach and develop your team using continuous improvement practices, monitor progress against targets, and coordinate maintenance to maximize efficiency on a 2/2/3 12‑hour night shift (6:00pm–6:30am).

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or packaging.
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Inventory Control.
• Experience in Quality and GMP in a food processing environment.
• 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment.
• Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deployment of people development plans and enforce SOP compliance.
• Maintain safe work environment and ensure instruction updates per positions.
• Ensure GMP adherence, sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks.
• Coach team on continuous improvement and address root causes.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize repairs for efficiency.
• Maintain effective employee relations to sustain smooth factory operations.
