Nestlé seeks an experienced Plant Operations leader to direct all production activities and drive efficient, compliant manufacturing. You will manage a team of 8 supervisors and oversee about 170 employees, ensuring on-time delivery of quality products while controlling costs and upholding safety standards.

You will mentor managers, plan budgets and capital needs, and coordinate with supply chain to meet customer requirements.

Responsabilités

• Directs plant production activities and leads the production team to meet requirements.
• Mentors management employees and plans budget, manpower, and space forecasting.
• Plan and organize to maximize capacity, minimize losses and control costs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure on-time production and shipment of quality products.
• Ensure safety and environmental programs are followed and improved where needed.
• Provide training and development for supervisory staff and ensure policy adherence.
