Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Alabama is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor, drive safety, quality, and throughput, and ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards. You will coach and develop team members, coordinate with maintenance and other departments, schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and report production results to the Plant Manager.

This role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving, and a commitment to a world-class safety culture

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing or similar environment.
• 4+ years in a supervisory role.
• 4+ years of experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Coaches and develops team; hires, trains, and conducts performance reviews.
• Analyzes production schedule and assigns tasks to meet targets.
• Collaborates with maintenance to reduce downtime and resolve issues.
• Conducts safety talks, meetings, and ensures GMP/food safety compliance.
