Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in compliance with GMP and food safety standards. The role emphasizes coaching staff, coordinating with maintenance, and managing shift activities to meet deadlines.

The position requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule to support production demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the specific production role.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the production floor to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in recruitment and performance reviews.
• Verify BOMs in Oracle and WMS; adjust shift assignments to meet production targets.
• Complete shift reports and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
