Niagara is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production floor operations at the Alabama facility. You will ensure safety, quality and throughput meet Niagara's standards while coordinating with maintenance and HR to optimize team performance.

Qualifications

• 4 years of field or manufacturing experience required.
• 4 years in the specific position requested.
• 4 years of experience managing people and projects.
• Preferred: 6 years field or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Maintain effective relationships and promote a positive working environment.
• Hire, train, coach and review team performance; coordinate with HR and Production Manager.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to resolve downtime on lines.
• Complete shift reports on production metrics, downtime, attendance and quality checks.
• Participate in interviews and support plant leadership on safety culture.
