Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Supervisor to manage shift production in the Custom Films Division. You will supervise production employees, ensure lines run to specifications, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize losses while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication, with the ability to train operators and enforce quality controls in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and twelve-hour shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of blown film-manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Computer and mechanical background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all shift production employees and equipment.
• Oversees training, upgrading, evaluation and reviews of shift personnel.
• Ensures safety, quality, and production targets are met.
• Coordinates with Maintenance for shutdowns and repairs.
• Maintains records and daily production reports.
