Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor in Pennsylvania to oversee shift production and equipment in the Custom Films Division. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, ensure lines run to specifications, record daily production, and forecast equipment usage while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime as needed, and strong leadership to keep production on track and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years of blown film-manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read work orders and verbally communicate with shift staff.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares jobs for production.
• Replaces broken or worn-out hand equipment and ensures PPE is available and used.
• Willing to work twelve-hour shifts and overtime when needed.
• Oversees training, upgrading, evaluation and performance reviews of shift personnel.
• Maintains safety and quality programs; adheres to Environmental Health & Safety requirements.
• Forecasts equipment usage for future orders and closes out production work orders.
