Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee all plant production activities on a shift, ensure schedules and standards are met, and maintain quality and safety. You will lead maintenance coordination and supervise hourly staff, while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a minimum of two years of college with preferred Bachelor's in Business Management and prior supervisory experience, ideally in plastics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Two years of college minimum; Bachelor's in Business Management preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in plastics manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate quickly and effectively with shift and management.
• Salary: $74,100-$92,600.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacturing and material handling on a shift.
• Trains hourly employees and enforces safety policies.
• Maintains quality standards and pursues continuous improvement.
• Reports shift metrics and manages labor costs.
