Job summary

ADM is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily safety, quality and production procedures, while leading frontline operators on the shift. You will mentor contractors and ADM colleagues, ensuring training and resources are in place for safe, efficient operation across the production environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, enforcing safety and GMP standards, providing coaching, and identifying improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous plant processing and leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and train colleagues and build teams.
• Ability to analyze information quickly to provide feedback and troubleshoot equipment failures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations by hourly production colleagues to ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Provide resources and training for safe operation and proper use of PPE.
• Assign work to shift personnel to maximize experience and ability.
• Ensure safety through compliance with OSHA, EPA and GMP guidelines and lead by example.
