Job summary

ADM is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a full-time, exempt role on the 7pm–7am shift. You will supervise 6–12 hourly staff, ensuring safety, food safety, quality and production efficiency across a high-demand environment.

You will champion GMP/HACCP/FSMA/SQF compliance, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and mentor employees through 30/60/90 day reviews, aiming for continuous improvement and strong shift performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching others including documenting corrective actions for work performance.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety policies and food safety standards.
• Experience supervising 6–12 hourly personnel on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of production staff during the assigned shift.
• Maintain safety, food safety, quality and production efficiency standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings covering safety, food safety, quality and maintenance.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, FSMA and SQF compliance.
• Review performance and support employee development including reviews.
