Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety, quality, and production procedures; supervise all production staff during shift.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, FSMA and BRC requirements; ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Provide solutions and promote collaboration among production, maintenance and quality.
• Schedule and maintain daily production records; administer supervision per policy and law.
• Develop positive relationships with plant management and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to employees.
