Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Production Control Leader for the Greenville plant to assure reliable daily operations, coach a team of hourly staff, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes staffing, resource scheduling, and implementing lean improvements.

You will mentor the team, collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and monitor production plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide direct supervision and people management for hourly production employees, including coaching, performance management, accountability, and daily work direction.
• Coach, develop, and supervise hourly production employees to build capability, improve performance, and support individual growth.
• Lead daily floor operations and supervise shift execution to ensure production requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement lean process improvements.
