Job summary

GE Aerospace’s Greenville facility is seeking a Production Control Leader for a 1st shift role on weekdays. You will coach and supervise hourly production staff, develop lean improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a high-pace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and monitor production plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide direct supervision and people management for hourly production employees, including coaching and performance management.
• Drive a positive shop floor culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, and employee engagement.
• Lead daily floor operations and supervise shift execution to ensure production requirements are met.
