Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Operations Leader to run a high-performing production operation for aerospace components. You will own safety, quality, delivery and cost, lead engineers and supervisors, and shape mid-term planning as product mix shifts.

Lead a team of 5–10 salaried professionals and drive improvements using Lean principles. Strong communication and change leadership are essential in a regulated, aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management including supervisory roles and Lean deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 salaried professionals including engineers and supervisors.
• Own safety, quality, delivery and cost targets for the facility area.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and increase throughput.
• Apply Lean principles and industry benchmarks to improve efficiency.
• Use data to identify issues and drive measurable outcomes across the plant.
