GE Aerospace in Greenville, SC is seeking a Production Control Leader (1st Shift) to drive reliability and throughput on the production line for High Pressure Turbine Blades. You will coach direct reports, allocate resources, and implement solutions to improve safety, quality, and delivery while aligning with company policies and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and monitor production plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Supervise hourly production employees, with coaching, performance management, and daily direction.
• Develop and supervise employees to build capability and growth.
• Foster a safe, quality-focused shop floor culture with team engagement.
• Ensure safety is prioritized and compliance is maintained.
• Perform administrative duties to support staffing, timekeeping, and communications.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and cell management to minimize downtime.
• Lead daily floor operations and ensure on-time production execution.
• Collaborate across teams to drive lean improvements and reduce losses.
