Chick-fil-A Littleton is seeking a Shift/Production Leader to guide shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at a busy Chick-fil-A location.

You will manage labor, oversee drive-thru and front counter operations, and uphold brand standards while promoting a positive, people-focused environment. This role requires night shifts and a strong customer-service mindset, with opportunities for growth and generous store perks.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service.
• Ability to work night shifts (2pm - 10:45pm) and weekends.
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 18 and able to close shifts.
