Job summary

Chick-fil-A Arnold is seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold exceptional service standards. You will open/close shifts as a key holder and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and delivering a positive guest experience while supporting a friendly, community-focused culture at the Arnold location.

Qualifications
