Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove is seeking a dynamic Shift/Production Leader to manage daily shifts, coach teammates, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise front counter and drive-thru operations, handle cash, resolve guest concerns, and train team members toward higher performance while maintaining brand standards. Sundays closed, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong people skills and commitment to customer service.
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Positive attitude with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic communication
• Reliable transportation and ability to work night shifts (2pm - 10:45pm)
• Strong people skills with a commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
• Minimum age 18 and ability to work closing shifts
