Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Team Performance Leader (TPL) to guide daily shift operations from 5 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, in Romeoville, IL. You will coordinate production priorities and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, Excel and Word. A high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be organized.
• Proficient computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrated safety commitment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate production priorities with Production Management, Production Control and Shipping.
• Lead Focus 5 daily meetings and real-time root-cause problem solving.
• Develop team maturity and accountability through coaching.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity measures are met.
