Job summary

Sealed Air in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Team Quality Lead to support the Quality Department's efforts to improve outgoing product quality and department efficiency across the operation.

You will work the night shift, 3 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday, performing inspections with precision tools, reporting non-conformances, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and customer specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of quality experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in inspection with knowledge of acceptance sampling preferred.
• Strong data gathering/presentation, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
• Maintain quality records, reports and calibrations per policy.
• Issue hold tags and non-conformance reports as needed.
• Communicate issues in daily shift meetings and coordinate coverage across shifts.
• Perform product testing and inspections using precision tools and lab equipment.
• Support QA tests to uphold product quality and production goals.
