Job summary

Sealed Air in Iowa Park seeks a Production Supervisor to drive on‑time production and lead teams across shifts, partnering with maintenance, quality and safety to meet performance targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (engineering/technical/business/operations) and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership. Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+, PSM experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with SAP, Power BI and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business or operations.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment knowledge.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) in regulated settings.
• Leadership of direct reports and staff development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily production and leads multi-shift teams.
• Manages Team Performance Leads and frontline staff on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitors KPIs and drives output, cost reduction, and resource optimization.
• Coordinates with Maintenance for planned upkeep.
• Aligns site operations with Global Supply Chain goals.
• Supports EHS and monthly safety reviews with PSM processes.
• Addresses safety, quality, and performance issues; handles disciplinary actions.
• Communicates site goals and vision to the team.
