Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor (Group Performance Leader) to drive on-time production execution and lead teams in safety, quality, and efficiency. The role partners with support groups to align with safety standards and the company’s performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, with hands-on equipment knowledge and experience in Lean/Six Sigma. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Technical, Business, or Operations preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on understanding of industrial equipment and systems.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+ preferred.
• PSM environment familiarity; strong safety and regulatory mindset.
• Leadership experience including coaching and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily performance of the production teams on various shifts.
• Manages the Team Performance Leads (TPLs) and production team members, emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors daily performance KPIs and implements strategies to increase output, reduce costs, and optimize site resources.
• Coordinates planned maintenance activities with Maintenance.
• Directs all operations and production activities according to Global Supply Chain's plan and strategic goals.
• Coordinates EHS and supports monthly safety reviews including Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Supports problem solving on the floor and administers disciplinary action.
• Communicates the site's strategic goals and vision to the team.
