Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3+ years in a maintenance operations environment; Ryder experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required; maintenance shop experience encouraged.
• Maintenance/technical experience in a shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow: planning, scheduling, and assigning work to technicians.
• Lead labor management: training and performance management.
• Oversee customer management: ensure satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
• Control quality: inspections and root-cause analysis.
• Manage finances: payroll, PO approvals, and cost controls.
