Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in Kentucky. You will oversee a shift, coordinate technicians, manage workflow, and ensure customer service, safety, and financial targets are met.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coverage and adherence to Ryder policies. You should have a high school diploma, with preferred Associate or Bachelor degrees and experience in maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience may be substituted.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage workflow: planning, scheduling, assigning work to technicians, productivity tracking, shift meetings, RO review and approval.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships, ensure satisfaction and uptime.
• Quality management: inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, safety and compliance.
