Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required.
• Demonstrated success in a Ryder role may be substituted for this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, scheduling, and labor planning for technicians and staff.
• Oversee warranty policy execution and triage unscheduled drive-ins; coordinate with customers and technicians.
• Lead training, development, and performance management of personnel.
• Direct asset management including shop tooling, equipment and vehicle specifications.
• Ensure quality inspections and root-cause analysis for PM and repairs, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor fiscal targets: cost, budget, and P&L implications for the maintenance operation.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
