Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred in a maintenance operations environment.
• Experience managing shift/workflow and personnel to meet objectives.

• Oversee shift operations and supervise technicians and support staff.
• Manage workflow analysis, planning and scheduling; assign work to technicians.
• Drive performance against metrics to meet financial, safety and quality targets.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure timely communication on status and updates.
