Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Elizabethtown, KY to partner with the management team and oversee daily store operations. The role includes customer service, merchandising, inventory checks, and assisting with training the store team.

The candidate should be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, present a professional appearance, and demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude. Experience in food service is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to learn and assist in managing the overall operations of the store.
• Manage, assist, and direct store team in their duties as required by company policy and procedures.
• Merchandising and ensuring adequate inventory levels, evaluating displays, pricing, and signage.
• Responsible for general store operations in the absence of store management, ensuring inventory control, equipment condition, timely accounting and paperwork, and safety/robbery guidelines.
• Partner with store management to assure quality food operation, evaluate food service areas, food quality, signage, and follow food service guidelines.
