Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of retail management experience.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing overall store operations in partnership with the General Manager.
Provide leadership in accounting, marketing, customer service, HR, and food service.
Direct store team in duties per company policy and procedures.
Train and coach store team in policies and communications.
Educate team on policies and communications.
Address store issues to ensure long‑term resolution.
Merchandise and maintain inventory levels; evaluate displays and pricing.
Provide FiveStar customer service, meet needs, and promote suggestive selling.
Oversee safety, labor budget, paperwork, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor food operation quality, appearance, promotions, and signage.
Take responsibility for store operations in the General Manager’s absence.
Learn and understand P&L statements.
