Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in flour milling, food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and follow through.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the flour mill and cleaning house during assigned shift.
• Run milling units at optimum performance and yields.
• Maintain wheat and flour inventories to required specifications.
• Repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain production reports and SOPs.
• Attend required training sessions.
• May cover for Head Miller or Mill Operator in their absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
