Job summary

The Mennel Milling Company in Ohio seeks a capable Mill Operator to operate and maintain the flour mill under the Head Miller. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining mill inventories and production records.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, experience in milling or manufacturing, and at least 2 years of supervisory exposure. Willingness to train and cover leadership roles is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in flour milling, food production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and perform duties while wearing a respirator.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA and sanitation guidelines and maintain audit-ready condition.
• Operate and supervise flour mill and cleaning house during shift.
• Maintain mill yields, inventories, and production reports.
• Repair equipment as needed and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Attend required training and cover for Head Miller if needed.
