Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in flour milling, food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and perform duties while wearing a respirator.
• Strong ability to prioritize and organize tasks to ensure high-quality completion.
• Ability to understand materials flow through a process and sequence of operations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations (GMPs/OSHA/HACCP/Food Safety standards).
• Manage flour mill and cleaning house operations during the assigned shift.
• Run milling units at optimum performance and yields.
• Maintain wheat and flour inventories to required specs.
• Repair equipment as needed and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Maintain production reports and comply with SOPs; attend required training.
