Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, with supervising or lead responsibilities.
• Experience in cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing preferred.
• Prior POMS MES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
• Assign work to shift personnel based on production schedules.
• Oversee cGMP manufacturing activities including setup, operation, disassembly and cleaning.
• Execute and witness batch record instructions to ensure compliant documentation.
• Perform real-time on-the-floor batch record reviews.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to support facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and audit readiness for the Drug Product facility.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead training and attend Tier 0 and Tier 1 meetings.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
