Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. seeks a manufacturing operations leader to manage day-to-day activities across the assigned area and shift.

You will drive productivity, safety, quality, and employee engagement while directing a team through empowerment and on-the-job development. You will translate production priorities into daily assignments, monitor output, downtime, and waste, and coordinate with Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning and Warehouse to ensure a safe and reliable production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Provide direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports.
• Promote safety programs and safe work practices through plant safety teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain production records and shift handoffs, communicate status and issues to the next shift.
