Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Coshocton Plant to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and build team capability on the floor.

You will implement KHMS daily management routines, coach shift teams, and partner with process owners to address gaps and sustain gains. The role emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach teams, reinforce standards, and drive accountability.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to use data and daily management routines to make decisions and improve performance.
• Familiarity with KHMS routines, performance boards, centerline management, and BOS principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift to deliver safety, quality, service, and cost results.
• Lead Level 1 meetings to create clear direction, surface gaps, assign actions, and ensure follow-through.
• Coach teams on running Level 0 meetings that build ownership and strengthen communication.
• Drive KHMS execution with strong daily management routines, standard work, and visual management.
• Audit and monitor performance boards to ensure accuracy and action.
• Use daily performance data and floor observations to identify gaps and reinforce accountability.
• Support centerline management by reinforcing process discipline and deviations.
• Lead BOS management routines to ensure standards and operating discipline.
• Build capability across the team through coaching, training, and clear expectations.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to address recurring losses and process breakdowns.
