Job summary

Kraft Heinz Mason Factory seeks a Plant Manager to coordinate and direct all major plant functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong employee relations.

You will drive labor optimization, manage the annual operating budget and ZBB, and lead continuous improvement efforts, partnering with HR, Engineering and Maintenance to reduce downtime and improve cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all major plant functions (Product, Planning, Quality Assurance, Sanitation, Maintenance, Purchasing, Safety, Shipping, Receiving, Materials Controls).
• Develop labor usage strategies and drive continuous improvement to meet corporate financial goals.
• Support budget planning, ZBB, and annual operating budget; manage downtime reduction and cost control.
