Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Champaign is seeking a Process Owner to oversee day-to-day operations across 3 shifts. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while coaching teams and ensuring KHMS compliance.

Responsibilities include leading KPI attainment, managing labor and assets, coordinating meetings, and promoting a culture of accountability. Flexible hours and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 3 shifts and 24-hour plant.
• Ensure KHMS, safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
• Lead planning meetings, PDCA, DPM, and Level 2 meetings.
• Mentor and develop team members; foster empowerment and accountability.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and plant optimization.
