Job summary

Kraft Heinz Davenport Plant is seeking a Process Owner to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and drive improvements across the KHMS framework. You will manage a defined area and shift, delivering productivity, quality, safety, and engagement outcomes through your team and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 1–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor large hourly teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field is helpful.
• 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to lead, empower and mentor large teams of hourly associates is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills are required.
• Ability to work with a wide range of plant personnel from hourly employees to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day manufacturing operations within an assigned area and shift.
• Uses the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) to accomplish operational goals.
• Achieves productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement objectives.
• Leads Trio members with direction, development, and support.
• Empowers team members through collaboration and continuous improvement projects.
• Develops, implements, and promotes safety programs and safe work practices.
• Maintains strong employee relations and supports cross-functional initiatives to drive quality.
