Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Champaign is seeking a Process Owner to oversee 24/7 manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity and cost control. You will lead a multi-shift team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KHMS compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet plant goals.

You will mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and actively participate in safety programs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments; leadership of teams.
• Strong safety, quality and operations knowledge; process improvements welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 3 shifts, 24 hours.
• Lead and coach teams; drive safety, quality, productivity improvements.
• Manage throughput, yield, labor costs and asset utilization.
• Lead planning, PDCA and daily meetings; promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor staff, develop skills, and foster empowerment and accountability.
• Ensure KHMS and QRMP compliance; perform RCA and action closure.
