Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a shift-focused Operations Leader at the Holland Plant to coach teams, drive process improvements, and act as SME for area processes. You will collaborate across operations and support functions to win each shift while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, data-driven decision making, and active participation in daily production meetings and KHMS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations and coaching production teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Proficiency with KHMS and SAP systems.
• Ability to analyze data to identify stops and losses.
• Willingness to work overtime on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production teams to win each shift.
• Act as SME to ensure process capability and knowledge.
• Collaborate with operations and support functions.
• Develop and execute plans to improve OEE and line throughput.
• Lead level 1 meetings and participate in DPM.
• Maintain safety, quality, and KHMS compliance.
