Cleveland-Cliffs Butler Works is seeking a Shift Manager for the Steelmaking Maintenance Department in Butler, PA. The role focuses on supervising maintenance staff, coordinating equipment upkeep, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance to support production needs.

The position requires managing maintenance tasks, outages, and contractor activities while driving reliability and performance across the Steelmaking team.

Formación

• Experience in heavy manufacturing maintenance including mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills for problem solving and excellent communication.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct Steelmaking Maintenance hourly union employees, plan and review work performance.
• Assist in coordinated maintenance to meet production goals for quality, availability, and tonnage.
• Implement safety goals to ensure a safe work environment and coordinate outages and contractor work.

Educación

Technical or engineering degree (Associates or Bachelors)
