Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately fifteen hourly bargaining unit personnel per shift.
• Lead daily and monthly safety briefings with hourly employees.
• Resolve problems caused by breakdowns, scheduled changes, metallurgical procedure changes, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments and personnel to assure the efficient operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
