As Shift Manager you will greet guests, guide daily operations, and ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed. You will also manage cash, inventory records, and staff training to maintain a safe, efficient restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to manage opening and/or closing shifts weekly.
• Wamiliar with fast-paced restaurant environments (high-volume periods).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm spirit.
• Provide excellent guest service and meet customer needs promptly.
• Use headset to take orders, give directions, and communicate with team.
• Accurately capture orders and suggest menu additions.
• Prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant environment.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records on shift.
• Train and onboard new team members; address escalated guest concerns.
• Handle banking, product transfers, and related duties as needed.
