Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to manage opening and/or closing shifts on a weekly basis.
• Dependable and coachable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor and provide excellent service.
• Manage restaurant operations during opening/closing shifts.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining area and kitchen workspace.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Train new team members and address guest concerns as needed.
