Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated punctuality and preparedness for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• TB clearance may be required depending on location.
• 1+ years of food service, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification must be obtained (if not already).
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, professional service.
• Lead shifts and coach team members for operational excellence.
• Prepare, bake, and serve products following brand recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and guest service quality.
• Handle registers, payments, and cash accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing, shift execution, and scheduling.
• Monitor shift productivity and consistency of service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
